ANZAC: Poppy homework

In class we have been learning about ANZAC and that is exactly what we got for homework. It was to make a static image or a poppy with different tones of red and have crosses is well. Here is a photo of what i done.

The words 'in the dirt' say: 

The Soldiers who fought for us have provided the future for us.

HNI Flag Debate

At HNI we have had a Flag Debate. 409 students voted, 197 votes for the existing flag and 208 for the new flag. I think we should keep the existing flag because it has been with us for more than 100 years and it was the flag for ANZAC. This is a photo of OUR class debate.

Gold Book Goals 

My Gold Book Gaol for Term 1&2 is to almost or even have my Sports Badge, and have my Technology Badge.

I will achieve my Sports Badge by turning up to Softball and Volleyball.

I will achieve my Technology Badge by working hard in Technology and listening to the teacher who runs it.

By the end of year 8 i hope to achieve my Honours and  halfway to my Beyond Honours Badge
